On November 5-6, 2024, we warmly invite you to the 17th Open Conference of the Service Process Improvement Network! The main theme of this year’s conference will be: Intelligent Automation.

On the first day, we invite you to the lecture part of the conference. This day is free and open to everyone. Those who have purchased participation in the workshop day are guaranteed a seat and provided with lunch during the event.

On the second day, we will meet for all-day workshops that will allow you to deepen your knowledge and make new connections. The workshops will be conducted by experts in their fields. Participation on this day is paid and costs 1,000 PLN net + VAT (1,230 PLN gross).
