We warmly invite you to the 18th Open Conference of the Service Process Improvement Network! The main theme of this edition will be: How to Effectively Implement Transformation in Service Organizations.

On the first day, we invite you to the lecture part of the conference. This day is free of charge and open to everyone. Participants who have purchased tickets for the workshop day are guaranteed a seat and will be provided with lunch during the event.

On the second day, we will meet for full-day workshops that will allow you to deepen your knowledge and build new connections. The workshops will be led by experts in their fields. Participation in this day is paid and costs 1200 PLN net + VAT (1476 PLN gross).
