Andrzej Kinastowski has been assisting various SSCs and BPOs in improving their delivery in areas of Process Excellence, automation, robotics, analytics, leadership and strategy for the last 10 years. Analyst and programmer. He’s a Lean in Office practitioner, big fan of Kaizen thinking. Believes that best processes and projects come from engaged leadership and empowerment of all employees. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, experienced trainer. Lecturer on the University of Economics in Wrocław and School of Computer Science and Economics of Krakow. Co-founder of Service Process Improvement Network association. Enjoys speaking at conferences tremendously.

In private life Andrzej is a husband, a father, a photographer, and a beginner mini-robot builder.

Dominik is a Process Automation Manager at Lufthansa Global Business Services. He has a 7+ year experience in process automation in various areas, including banking operations, HR, IT and finance. He holds diplomas in economics, finance, data analysis and lean management. Prior to Lufthansa he worked for Polish and Swiss finance institutions. His team is currently building a framework to leverage desktop automation and robotics solutions to significantly reduce manual work at Lufthansa GBS. As a fan of Agile and Lean Management Dominik combines these two philosophies in his daily work.

  Marcin Dulęba

 Marcin Duleba is a senior manager with 12 years of experience in Shared Services / BPO sector, including 8 years of expertise directly leading large-scale departments of Quality and Robotic Process Automation, regionally and globally – in renowned corporations like Lufthansa, Accenture, Hewlett Packard, Volvo. He’s been leading Operational Excellence & RPA program and project groups with up to 70 experts in span of control, managing multiple successful RPA implementations – across entire governance lifecycle and deployment/support models, in technologies as UI Path, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere. Deployments he’s been responsible for have brought significant results – automating between tens to hundreds of job positions per year. Marcin Dulęba, together with one of the Automation teams he led, has been also awarded with the ABSL Diamond Award in Business Excellence category.

In 2010, inspired by rules on data visualization and the concept of data presentation in the form of dashboards, founded a blog SkuteczneRaporty.pl. His passion resulted in creation of an expert blog where he shares practical information on good practice for data presentation and using it in softwarebb like Excel, Power BI and Tableau. He is distinguished by questioning inefficient ways of visualisation and by vast practical expertise acquired in various projects connected with BI reports and implementations.

More than 6500 people trained.

Artificial Intelligence and Automation Innovation Lead in Bank of Ireland
Corporate Management graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and Dublin Business School’s MBA programme. Focuses his career on Business Process Automation and Innovation Management. Since 2014, actively researching the area of applying newest automation technologies for business use. Experienced Developer and Project Manager. Marek built his first robot as a hobby to automate a game – today with the team of over 50 members he is focusing Robotic Process Automation Implementation and applying his proprietary DIAMOND Framework. Until today, he has created multiple unique concepts for Robotic Process Automation like Multi-Engine Execution, Self-Managing RPA or High-Performance Robotics. Currently, Marek is focusing on Applied Artificial Intelligence for Process Automation as the Next Wave of Innovation for Business.
  Flor Martinez Reyes
Process and Controls Improvement Manager in HEINEKEN Global Shared Services
Flor is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, experienced Quality and CI Manager as well as trainer, coach and consultant. Flor has experience in building and implementing continuous improvement strategy in the organization, developing Lean Six Sigma training programs and motivating people to pursue continuous improvement. She worked mainly in BPO organizations although she has consulted production companies as well. Currently she is Process and Controls Improvement Manager in HEINEKEN.
