We are a group of professionals working with Lean Management, Six Sigma, Kaizen and process management topics in the service sector.
SPIN Association (Service Process Improvement Network) was established in order to promote high professionalism in continuous improvement, both in the business and in personal life.
We build in Kraków a platform for knowledge and experience exchange in the field of management and process optimization methods. The first step was organization of an open conference in Kraków about continuous improvement in service processes. Now, this is a reoccurring event bringing together dozens of continuous improvement practitioners for lectures, panels and workshops.
Moreover, we organized two editions of Robotics and Analytics in the office conference that is so far the biggest one covering the topic in Poland.
In addition, we run training courses, workshops, consultations and coaching, as well as we coorganize postgraduate studies in Lean Management and Lean Office on Jagiellonian University in Krakow. Recently, we have published educational card game SPIN the Lean for Lean trainers and coordinators.
As an association, we want to cooperate with other organizations of a similar nature and interests.
