The Role of the Leader in a Lean Organization

This training is dedicated to managerial staff, project managers, and change management professionals in service companies. The program focuses on the leader’s role as a key element in the successful implementation and maintenance of Lean Management. Participants will gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills necessary for effective change management in the spirit of Lean.

Dawid Żabiński - Dawid began his career in 2012 in the finance sector. Since 2014, he has been involved in Continuous Improvement and Process Excellence in his professional work. He gained experience at companies such as IBM, StateStreet Bank, and is currently working as a Process Excellence Team Manager at IG Group. He holds postgraduate degrees in Project Management and Master of Lean Management from the Wrocław University of Economics. His certifications include Six Sigma Green Belt / Lean Black Belt, Prince2, and APMG Change Management. In 2024, he began developing as a coach by pursuing professional coaching studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
