We would like to invite you to the 13th Open SPIN Conference which will take place on the 5-6 October 2022 in Krakow. We are pleased to announce that the period of on-line events is over! This year’s edition is focused on networking.

On the first day there will be three lectures, conducted by business practitioners. They will discuss Process Mining (lecture in English), Blockchain (lecture in Polish) and storytelling – especially in case of talking about data. As networking has become a king of luxury over the last 2 years, this event will be focused on making opportunities to connect with other participants. The organizer will provide vouchers exchangeable for drinks or snacks.

On the second day of the conference you will have an opportunity to gain new knowlegde during 8 hour workshops (offline).

Participation in meetups and networking (first day) is free of charge. It will take place in Hevre Kazimierz.

Participation in the workshop day costs PLN 500+VAT. The workshops are held in Krakow, at the Galaxy Hotel.

  1. Leverage Process Mining to Deliver Tangible Business Results – Israel Expósito, Celonis

Duration: 4 hours (breaks included)

Process mining has proven to be a powerful technology across different industries and processes, enabling an Execution Management System that can help Shared Service organisations to drive efficiency and value in their end-to-end processes.
This hands-on interactive session will provide practical takeaways on the following key areas:
1. How to connect end-to-end processes by integrating real-time and streaming data across systems, desktops, and documents
2. How to X-Rays processes for inefficiencies and identify improvements
3. How to fix inefficiencies automatically and orchestrates your existing technologies
Duration: 3x1hr sessions

Participants should bring a laptop, and have WiFi access to access Celonis Free, our online Free-of-Charge Process mining technology

About trainer:

Israel is a Celonis Global Business Development Executive with deep domain expertise and focus on all things Procurement. In his time with Celonis he’s led the Product teams focused on Procurement and P2P. Previously, he spent 10 years at Vodafone as Global Head of Data Governance & Analytics where he was known as the godfather of Making Data Speak & Act.
