We warmly invite you to the 19th Open Conference of the Service Process Improvement Network! The main theme of this edition will be: Oh No AI, CI! How to Carry Out a Successful Transformation?

On the first day, we invite participants to the lecture part of the conference. Participation in Day 1 costs 299 PLN net + VAT (367.77 PLN gross). Early Bird tickets for the first day are also available at a reduced price

On the second day, we will meet for full-day workshops that will allow participants to deepen their knowledge and build new professional connections. The workshops will be led by experts in their fields. Participation in the lecture + workshop day costs 1,299 PLN net + VAT (1,597.77 PLN gross). Early Bird tickets for the full Day 1 + Day 2 package are also available at a reduced price.
