„Impossible is nothing” it’s not only my professional motto but also recap of my work career. To extract the best I follow my business intuition. Being open for changes and passionate at life, gather a lot of awesome people around me. Together with various teams I have been consistently shaping my professional path in the SSC/BPO sector for 15 years. Most of the time I was developing the IBM BTO centre in Krakow, making myself known as an innovative and effective leader.  Among others established the IBM Continuous Improvement Department which I headed for the next 4 years. Combining my professional ambitions with a passion for traveling, I undertook to create and optimize the first BPO enter in Russia.

Another important point on my business path was the OpusCapita center in Torun, where I took a lead of the RPA (Robotics Projects Automatization) team for 2 years. Currently I am responsible for development, standardization and optimization at the Shared Services centre in the Tri-City.
