The presentation shows why effective AI implementation in an organization should start with processes, not with the choice of technology tools. Participants will learn the difference between an AI-ready process and a process that is not prepared for this type of automation. The key elements of process preparation will be discussed: data, decision rules, control points, human roles, exception paths, performance metrics, and auditability requirements. The presentation will also show the typical mistakes made by organizations that try to “bolt AI onto” chaotic, undocumented, or inconsistent processes. The aim of the session is to provide a practical approach to designing processes in which AI can genuinely improve efficiency, decision quality, and the scalability of a company’s operations.
