How to make a decision when the client cannot decide?
The workshop is designed for anyone who works with decision-makers, clients, stakeholders, and team members on a daily basis and faces situations where decisions are delayed, unclear, or shifted onto others.
During the workshop, participants will learn why a client or decision-maker often fails to make a decision despite apparent engagement, and what specific steps can be taken to move a project forward without taking responsibility for the decision themselves. Participants will explore the most common causes of decision-making blockages, learn how to ask questions that help unlock decisions, and build a conversation structure that places responsibility where it belongs.
Participants will work on real situations from the past month, so they leave the session with a concrete action plan they can immediately apply in their work.
