This masterclass is designed for managers and specialists in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence, as well as internal trainers and workshop facilitators.

Magdalena Fular – Continuous improvement expert, facilitator, and trainer with over 12 years of experience. She has worked across the manufacturing, services (SSC/BPO), academic, and NGO sectors. An active member of the SPIN Association. In her work, she uncompromisingly rejects rigid templates, believing that the best solutions always come from people and not PowerPoint slides. She specializes in revitalizing CI systems and designing and facilitating workshops that build lasting engagement instead of short-lived enthusiasm.
