Participants will learn about the program’s objectives, the development path from basic AI awareness to expert level, and how AI supports continuous improvement, innovation, and work efficiency. The presentation will show how to build a culture of continuous learning and practical AI use in a business environment.

 

Gabriela Kania – Trainer, coach, facilitator, and Project Manager, certified Six Sigma Black Belt, specializing in Continuous Improvement, change management, and organizational transformations. For 16 years, she has supported manufacturing and service companies in process improvement, increasing operational efficiency, and building development strategies. She runs projects and workshops for small businesses and international corporations, focusing on cost reduction, developing team competencies, and building a culture of continuous improvement. Author of Lean and Six Sigma training programs, with experience in generating multi-million savings. She holds an MSc in Chemical Technology, is a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology, and has completed studies in finance and accounting.


Hanna Marcinkiewicz – Hanna Marcinkiewicz is a Senior PM Operations Manager in the PM Services Center of Excellence at Philips, leading a team of Project and Program Managers. With over five years at Philips, she drives transformation management, managed the Supply Chain GBS portfolio, and serves as the Smartsheet Product Owner. She brings over 18 years of experience in project management, Lean Six Sigma, and operational excellence, with leadership roles spanning GE, Whirlpool, and Philips. Hanna holds PMP and CPMAI certifications, a coaching credential, and a Management degree from ICAN Institute (Warsaw). She is deeply passionate about people development, team leadership, and AI-driven innovation - actively pursuing these through mentoring, coaching, and building communities like the AI Dojo at Philips PCC and the Smartsheet Ambassador network across the enterprise.
