He has been associated with the HR industry for over 23 years. He worked in internal HR departments for global companies as an HR advisor, HR business partner, employee relations manager, and training and development advisor. In his most recent role as Regional Talent Development Manager, he was responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, covering 14 countries in total, and was responsible for creating and managing the development strategy across the region.
