Transforming Data into Knowledge: The importance of Process Mining in invoice processing automation

In this presentation, we will discuss how Process Mining can transform raw data into valuable insights that support invoice processing automation. We will share our journey of developing Process Mining within the organization: from the need to practical implementation.

Examples of use cases will be presented, along with the planned framework for working with the tool. Participants will learn about the benefits and challenges this technology brings, based on our experience.

Patrycja Talar-Gancarczyk - A graduate of Computer Science and Econometrics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. She specializes in data analysis and business process automation, with over 6 years of industry experience. She began her career with Continuous Improvement projects and developing automated solutions using VBA. Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Currently, she holds the position of Business Analytics Lead at Lundbeck, where she leads a Data Analytics team responsible for implementing Process Mining and Business Intelligence solutions, as well as supporting strategic projects in terms of data analysis. She strives to promote a data-driven work culture. Her passion is discovering hidden patterns in data and transforming them into valuable insights that support strategic business decisions. In her free time, she is interested in new technologies, music, and art.
