Frederic Brouillet - For the past 15+ years, Fred has been working on Lean Transformation Projects in Europe, Africa & Asia in Services, Mining and Manufacturing environments. In 2020, during COVID, Fred worked on a Lean Management project remotely and he realized, he was implementing the same tools and the same excel files, he was using in 2008, when he started his career… .
With the development of Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Business 365 suite of applications, Fred saw an opportunity to modernize the Lean Management toolkit in keeping the same Mindsets & Behaviors… This is how Digital Lean Management is born
Prior to founding Digital Lean Management, Fred worked as a Lean Financial Services Advisor at KPMG - driving sustainable changes using Lean Methodology.
